AchariChicken is an Indian Dish that consists of cooking Chicken with the ingredients that are put in Achar (Indian style Pickle), so basically it is a mixture of pickle and chicken. Achari Chicken is mostly served in Indian or Pakistani kitchens, it is served dry or curry.

What is Achaar?
It is Indian Style Pickle which is made of various traditional spices and ingredients. This is eaten with various dishes. It is one of the most common items in the Indian Kitchen. Achaar has a spicy and tangy taste. There are various types of Achaar.

Why do I like Achari Chicken?
I like this dish for the following reasons:
  • Contains an unusual taste to it.
  • Can be enjoyed with various side dishes. 
  • It can be eaten both as Appetizer or Main course
  • It has a great flavor.

 Chilli Chicken is a very famous Indo-Chinese dish; it can be served with Rice, Bread and other things. This dish has its origin is India, and it is served in many other countries now.
Why do I like Chilli Chicken?
These are the reason why I like to eat Chilli Chicken:
  • This dish can be served with various things.
  • ·         It can be served dry or with gravy. 

The dish can be served either as a starter dish or as a main course dish; this depends on what it is being served with.

 After reading the article "Chilli Chicken (Indo Chinese)" I was able to understand that Chilli Chicken gained popularity in India after World War II, when Chinese Community came to Kolkata.

 One of the Chilli Chicken Dishes that I found Interesting is Bengal Chilli Chicken. According to the blog post “Kolkatta Style Chili Chicken Or Indo Chinese ChiliChicken” on Peek N Cook,The Indian style Chilli Chicken dish combines both Chinese and Indian Spices and it is very popular among restaurants in Kolkata.
Today I decided to try the Bengal Chilli Chicken and I can say that it is a dish that you would enjoy as it is contains an interesting flavor to it.
